WASHINGTON, D.C. – President Trump’s new administration reports, that China has reportedly offered to manufacture a full-scale replica of Greenland and sell it to the United States at just 10% of the price Washington once offered for the real island.

Dubbed “Greenland 2.0,” the artificial landmass would feature snow-capped mountains, Viking-style villages, and even a population of actors trained to speak Inuit language for authenticity.

Beijing claims the replica will be indistinguishable from the original, except for the “Made in China” label discreetly placed on each iceberg.

President Donald Trump, who floated the idea of buying Greenland in January this year, is said to be seriously considering the offer. “It’s a fantastic deal, a tremendous deal,” Trump allegedly told reporters.

“China makes great knockoffs – just look at their Gucci bags. Why buy the original when you can get a perfect copy at a fraction of the price? It’s just smart business, folks.” Sources close to the former president say he’s particularly excited about the possibility of renaming it “Trump Ice Land” and turning it into the world’s biggest winter golf resort.

China has already listed pre-order for “Greenland 2.0” on Alibaba, with a special discount for bulk buyers.*
