WASHINGTON, DC – Today, on the second day of Donald Trump’s new administration, the eccentric billionaire Elon Musk made a surprise appearance at the White House. During his arrival he was carrying an actual porcelain sink through the North Lawn gates.

Musk walked confidently toward the entrance, a smile stretching ear to ear, before triumphantly declaring to onlookers, “Let that sink in!”

Security personnel, initially alarmed by the sight of the eccentric billionaire carrying what they assumed was an oddly shaped package, quickly relaxed upon realizing it was, in fact, just a sink.

“I mean, it’s Elon Musk – what did we expect?” said one Secret Service agent, visibly trying to stifle a laugh. “He does things his own way. At least it wasn’t a flamethrower this time!”

“You know, I am an eccentric, I just could not arrive and walk in as usual for regular people. Eccentrics don’t do that,” Musk later explained his dramatic entrance, while casually leaning on the now-famous sink. “Therefore I wanted to make an unforgettable impression!  It’s what we, eccentrics, do!”

When asked if there was any deeper meaning to the stunt, Musk simply replied, “It’s a meme thing. You wouldn’t understand.”

Rumors suggest Musk plans to auction the now-infamous sink on eBay, with proceeds going toward his next outlandish venture.
