WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Trump administration’s cabinet meeting took an unexpected turn today when an unidentified man, dressed like a down-on-his-luck street performer, burst into the room giggling uncontrollably.

The intruder, wearing a tattered hoodie, mismatched sneakers, and a baseball cap that simply read No Refunds, had a “Tech Support” t-shirt on, which he proudly pointed at while giggling like a mischievous 13-year-old boy.

Sources inside the meeting report that while President Donald Trump initially mistook the intruder for a low-level staffer bringing him Diet Coke, things quickly escalated when the man started delivering a bizarre stand-up routine about how “turning it off and on again” is the only real government policy that works.

“Who is this guy? Maybe he is one of the good ones,” Trump was heard saying before staring suspiciously and asking if he was a “deep state plant.”

Eventually White House security service intervened, but not before the mystery comedian finished an impromptu bit about how “America’s firewall settings are way off” and that “Congress definitely needs a software update.”

As he was escorted out, he reportedly yelled, “Try unplugging the government and plugging it back in, folks! Works every time!”
