WASHINGTON, D.C. – In a shocking twist of economic irony, Marco Rubio, a 53-year-old father of four, has taken on a fourth job this week to cope with the soaring cost of living during the first three months of Donald Trump’s latest term.
Rubio, who once dreamed of working as the U.S. Secretary of State only, now operates on 3 additional jobs – as the Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development, as the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs, and as the Archivist of the United States – to make his ends meet.
Despite Rubio’s enormous workload, he still finds time to judge his kids’ homework like a disappointed professor when he comes home late at night.
Rubio’s staff has reportedly lost track of his schedule, noting that it’s almost impossible to keep up with such a hard-working man’s working pace.
When asked about the situation, a spokesperson from the Trump administration said, “See? The economy is booming. People are choosing to work multiple jobs – just like our founding fathers intended.”
Meanwhile, Rubio was last seen sprinting into a Lyft car, muttering something about “participating 3 meetings in 3 different locations at the same time.”
