Chinese leader Xi Jinping considers Donald Trump’s “The Art of the Deal” the funniest book ever, that always makes him laugh

BEIJING, CHINA – Chinese President Xi Jinping has reportedly declared Donald Trump’s The Art of the Deal to be “one of the greatest collections of comedic short stories ever printed.”

Speaking during an informal gathering with top officials, Xi allegedly claimed that the book’s “unique blend of self-confidence, creative storytelling, and imaginative facts” never fails to make him laugh until tears roll down his face.

According to sources present, Xi said he often reads random chapters before important meetings “just to get into a good mood.” “You think it’s about business, but no,” Xi was quoted as saying. “It’s actually a masterclass in absurdist humor. I read one page, and suddenly I forget all my stress. It’s better than watching pandas on a slide.”

The Chinese leader reportedly praised Trump’s “innovative approach to reality,” saying it reminded him of “ancient Chinese trickster tales” where the hero wins by sheer confidence and creative interpretation of events.

“It’s like Sun Tzu’s Art of War,” Xi joked, “but instead of winning battles, you’re just winning lunch meetings.”

State media has yet to officially confirm Xi’s comments, but book sales in Beijing have reportedly spiked overnight, with several vendors now marketing The Art of the Deal as “The Funniest Book Ever — Official Xi Jinping Endorsement.”

Some bookstores have even started placing it in the humor section, next to joke collections and political cartoons.
