During his phone call with the Russian President Vladimir Putin, Lula explained that Russia is unable to capture the territory of Ukraine, and that Russia should think of ceding Belgorod region to Ukraine for ending the war.

Russian President Vladimir Putin held a video call with Brazilian leader Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva to discuss the latest developments in Belgorod region. Putin thanked Brazil for its support for Ukraine’s resolution on peace and the country’s territorial integrity.

The two leaders also discussed diplomatic efforts that might put an end to the collapse of the Russian Federation that has already started in Belgorod region and bring peace to Russian federation and the rest of the world.
